100% Solids Low Viscosity Injection Resin
DESCRIPTION
Epoxy.com Product #302 is a 100% solids low viscosity
moisture insensitive epoxy adhesive used to restore cracked structural concrete
by the pressure injection method and to grout cracks in a horizontal plane by
gravity.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean and sound. Interfaces of cracks must he free of
dirt, laitance, grease, curing compounds and other foreign matter.
Flushing with water through ports under pressure may be necessary prior to
epoxy injection. Cracks may be damp or wet.
Mixing
Temperature of Epoxy.com Product #302 must he 40 degrees F. or above
at time of mixing. Stir eachcomponent separately before blending. Mix two
parts by volume of Part A with one part by volume of B for
three minutes with a low speed electric drill motor equipped with a mixing
paddle.
Application
For pressure injection set ports at intervals that approximately equal the
thickness of the member to be injected in inches. Ports may need to be placed
closer together for very fine cracks, or may be slightly further for wider
cracks. Seal between and around each port with Epoxy.com Product #5, or #6.
Inject Product #302 from an epoxy injection machine or binary hand or pneumatic

Limitations
Minimum substrate temperature must be 40°F.
CLEANING
All tools and equipment should be cleaned before the system gels. Use methyl ethyl ketone or any lacquer solvent.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
For industrial use only. Keep away from children. Refer to the
Material Health and Safety Data Sheets (MSDS forms) pertaining to this product
before using. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In the event of any eye splash or
contact, immediately flush with cold water for15 minutes and contact a
physician. If skin contact occurs. wash with mild snap and water. The wearing
safety glasses with side shields and impervious gloves is recommended.
WARNING STATEMENT
A Component contains epoxy resin. DANGER! B Component
contains alkaline amines; strong sensitizer. May cause skin sensitization and
other allergic responses. Use with good ventilation, particularly if material is
heated or sprayed. Prevent all contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective
clothing, safety glasses with side shields and/or goggles, gloves and/or barrier
creams. Keep container closed when not in use. Wash thoroughly after handling.
FIRST AID: In case of contact, immediately wash with soap and water. In
case of eye contact, flush with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes.
Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. If irritation persists seek
medical attention

conformity with published specifications when handled, stored, mixed
and applied in accordance with recommendations of Epoxy.com. If any
product fails to meet this warranty, the liability of Epoxy.com will
be limited to replacement of any non-conforming material if notice
of such non-conformity is given to Epoxy.com within the warranty
period for the material (as indicated above), or within 1 year of
the delivery of materials (whichever is sooner). Epoxy.com may in
its discretion refund the price received by Epoxy.com in lieu of
replacing the material. No customer, distributor, or representative
of Epoxy.com is authorized to change or modify the published
specifications of this warranty in any way. No one is authorized to

replacement or refund the customer must provide written notice
